Do the current versions of the BB Curve 8320 have video recording?
I have looked around and everywhere I keep getting the same answer. No! But, their is going to be 4.5 OS that will support it.
However, I asked my friend if her's had video recording and she said yes, but she just got her phone from tmobile. No upgrade in the OS or anything.
~someone please help me as I am planning on getting the curve next week.
Did she get the Curve 8320, or the Pearl 8120? The Curve 8320 from T-Mobile doesn't come with out-of-the-box video recording, as it is shipped with the 4.2.2 operating system. The Pearl 8120 does come with out-of-the-box video recording as it is running the 4.3.0 operating system.
The Curve 8330 models (for Alltel, Verizon and Sprint) come with video recording as well.
If your friend did get a Curve, ask her to check and see what operating system she is running on her BlackBerry. Go to Options > About to see the operating system version.
