They say they are for your digestive system and are to be taken once daily??.. Is this true?
those are milky drinks that have probiotics,microorganisms such as bacterias or yeast that help your digestive system. It is said that they help when you system to control irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhea,lowering cholesterol, regulate your bowel movements, and even prevent colon cancer. It has some sides effects on people that have pancreas failure, but it is rather healthy in normal quantities.
